Managing Your Email Mailboxes

Learn how to manage your email mailboxes through the control panel.

Creating a New Mailbox

  1. Log into your control panel (Plesk or cPanel)
  2. Navigate to Mail or Email Accounts
  3. Click Create or Add Mailbox
  4. Enter mailbox details:
    • Email address (username@yourdomain.com)
    • Password (use a strong password)
    • Mailbox quota (storage limit)
  5. Click Create or OK

Modifying Existing Mailboxes

  • Change Password: Select mailbox → Change Password
  • Modify Quota: Select mailbox → Edit → Change quota
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle mailbox status

Email Forwarding

  1. Select the mailbox you want to forward
  2. Go to Forwarding or Email Forwarders
  3. Enter the forwarding address
  4. Choose to keep a copy or forward only
  5. Save settings

Email Aliases

Create email aliases that forward to your main mailbox:

  1. Go to Email Aliases or Forwarders
  2. Create a new alias
  3. Set it to forward to your main mailbox

Deleting Mailboxes

Warning: Deleting a mailbox will permanently remove all emails.

  1. Backup important emails first
  2. Select the mailbox
  3. Click Delete or Remove
  4. Confirm deletion
