Jun 09, 2026 at 5:45 PMOur team have restored the on-site hardware controller backup successfully but unfortunately we have to re-configure each apartment one-by-one. We expect this to take 2-3 hours. In the meantime we have ensured WiFi is working in the lobby areas.

We believe there is an issue with our interconnect which has caused users to become disconnected. We are working with our supplier and we will issue an update in the next 12 hours.
