We have identified a fault on the Openreach fibre network which is affecting customers. We are working with Openreach to restore service but currently awaiting an engineer.

Although there is a response guarantee from Openreach, it’s likely to take 12-24 hours for repair work to be carried out. We apologise for any inconvenience and we will continue to chase Openreach’s and provide an update in the next 12 hours.
We have an engineer enroute to site at the request it Openreach. We will provide a further update in four hours.
Apr 28, 2026 at 8:13 AMOur engineer has arrived on site and conducted the required tests. Openreach now have the results and the fault has been passed back to their engineer. We are hopeful that this will be resolved today. Next update within four hours.
