High Leigh RTA Pole Damage

We have been informed of a road traffic accident in High Leigh which has caused damage to a critical telegraph pole which feeds many homes and businesses in the area (regardless of ISP). Openreach have attended and scheduled a further team to attend. We understand traffic management is also required to carry out the pole replacement. During this time, the SLA clock has been paused by Openreach and a matters beyond reasonable control declared. The next update is Monday 12th.
