How to Create a Mail Account in Plesk

Creating a mail account in Plesk is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Access Plesk

  1. Log into your Plesk control panel
  2. Navigate to your domain

Create Mail Account

  1. Click on Mail in the left sidebar
  2. Click the Create Email Address button
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Email address: Enter the username part (e.g., "info" for info@yourdomain.com)
    • Password: Enter a strong password
    • Mailbox quota: Set storage limit (e.g., 5 GB, 10 GB, or Unlimited)
  4. Click OK to create the account
